Fancy that. ASFA Scheduling approved both premiums on the first try. This afternoon, I replaced the “DRAFT” in the two filenames with “Final” and began the distribution process. First, an email to the required ASFA officials—president, region director, scheduling, and records—and, second, an email to the judges with the FTS and FTC copied. Last, an email to the MGA webmaster. Once, those appear on the MGA web site, I’ll post an announcement on Facebook.

The club renews their insurance in September, at which time, that early item on the list can finally be resolved. In October, I’ll order the portable toilets and start other preparations. In the meantime, focus should be on selecting and ordering prizes.
